Our National Practice

Demorest Law Firm, PLLC, represents clients across the country on a variety of legal issues, retaining local counsel to assist us when necessary. 

We can assist our clients in matters that arise outside of Michigan, including litigation and negotiations with parties located in other states.  In many cases, when a client relocates to another state, or has business operations in another state, we will be asked continue to provide advice and representation because of our good relationship with the client.

Our attorneys are also available to serve as co-counsel to other lawyers who require our particular expertise in disputes throughout the United States.

MISSOURI Advised clients regarding employment issues.
